This central gem is faceted in a modified emerald cut, weighing over 40 carats, set in an a lustrous 18 karat gold basket setting. Blue topaz is a variety of the gemstone topaz and is a birthstone for the month of December as well as being a celebratory gem for fourth anniversaries. This pendant comes on an 18” gold-filled chain which fastens with a spring ring-style clasp.
