A vintage cocktail ring, set to centre an incredible 20 carat round-cut aquamarine. The impressive gemstone is highly cut, with a beautiful dispersion of blue tones making it a stunning gemstone for a cocktail ring. It is surrounded by a cluster of claw-set round-cut diamonds, with a combined weight of 0.40 carats. The cluster leads down to a simple split-shoulder band that is completed with a 'Kurtz' makers mark. Circa 1970.
